A focused half-day session (morning or afternoon) with me to tackle whatever's holding you back.

You choose what we work on. Could be a complete training review - talking through what works and what doesn't, assessing your limiters and weaknesses. Fine-tuning your bike setup, lactate testing and dialing in your training zones, video analysis of your bike/run technique, race day prep and strategy for your next event, or a season plan that makes sense for your life.

When you book, you'll specify what you want to focus on. We'll spend 3-4 hours working through it together.
