1:1 Triathlon Coaching

Full coaching support. We talk regularly, I monitor your training daily, and we adjust in real-time based on what's actually happening - not what the plan said would happen.

We don't chase the latest training trends. We identify your actual weaknesses - whether that's aerobic capacity, technique breakdown under fatigue, or trying to do too much on insufficient recovery - and we fix them.

Deep Dive Session
£250.00

A focused half-day session (morning or afternoon) with me to tackle whatever's holding you back.

You choose what we work on. Could be a complete training review - talking through what works and what doesn't, assessing your limiters and weaknesses. Fine-tuning your bike setup, lactate testing and dialing in your training zones, video analysis of your bike/run technique, race day prep and strategy for your next event, or a season plan that makes sense for your life.

When you book, you'll specify what you want to focus on. We'll spend 3-4 hours working through it together.

Aero matters more than ever, but if you can’t hold the position for race distance, it’s pointless. This is about getting the balance right. A comprehensive fit focused on comfort, efficiency and performance:

Assessment of current position, biomechanics, and any discomfort issues

Complete position setup: saddle height, reach, cleat positioning, cockpit adjustments

Comfort and efficiency focus: eliminate pain points, improve power transfer, and optimise what you can actually sustain for race distance
